Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Natecho Enterprises Limited(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a business registered and operating in Lagos, Nigeria.
By accessing our website, requesting a consultation, signing a service agreement, or paying for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Our Services
Natecho Enterprises Limited provides education and travel support services. Our current offerings include, but are not limited to:
- •Study Abroad Support Package: Course and school search, application assistance, statement of purpose guidance, document checklist support, visa application guidance, accommodation search support, and travel readiness support.
- •Visitor Travel Support Package: Travel document checklists, visa guidance, itinerary planning, appointment booking guidance, and travel preparation advice.
All services are advisory and administrative in nature. We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution, issuance of any visa, or any specific travel outcome. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the policies and decisions of institutions, embassies, and government agencies.
Important: Natecho Enterprises Limited is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our visa guidance is for informational and administrative support purposes only. For legal immigration advice, please consult a licensed solicitor or immigration lawyer.
Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are:
- •18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if under 18.
- •Legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Nigeria.
- •Not prohibited from receiving services under any applicable law or regulation.
By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
Your Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including personal details, academic records, financial documents, and travel history.
- •Promptly respond to our requests for documentation or clarification within agreed timeframes.
- •Review all documents and materials prepared on your behalf before submission to any institution or authority.
- •Notify us immediately of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your application or travel plans.
- •Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including submitting fraudulent documents or misrepresenting your circumstances to any institution or government body.
You acknowledge that any submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information — regardless of whether such information was prepared with our assistance — is solely your responsibility. Natecho Enterprises Limited accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client.
Payment & Fees
Payment terms are as agreed in your individual service agreement or invoice. General conditions include:
- •Fees: Service fees are quoted per package and communicated clearly before engagement. All fees are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- •Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to commence services. The deposit amount will be stated in your service agreement.
- •Payment Schedule: Remaining balances are due as outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may attract a surcharge of 5% per 30 days overdue.
- •Third-Party Costs: Our fees do not include third-party charges such as application fees, visa fees, courier fees, or official government charges. These are the sole responsibility of the Client.
- •Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the specific refund terms outlined in your service agreement. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natecho Enterprises Limited expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including:
- •Any warranty that our services will result in a successful visa application, university admission, or any other specific outcome.
- •Any warranty that the information we provide regarding institutions, visa requirements, or travel rules is complete, accurate, or current at the time of use.
- •Any warranty relating to the conduct or decisions of third parties including embassies, universities, airlines, or accommodation providers.
Immigration laws, institutional admission requirements, and travel regulations change frequently. While we endeavour to keep our knowledge current, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Nigerian law, Natecho Enterprises Limited, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- •Visa refusals, application rejections, or any decisions made by government agencies, embassies, or educational institutions.
- •Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services.
- •Any loss of opportunity, loss of income, or any other financial loss arising out of or in connection with our services.
- •Delays, errors, or omissions caused by third parties, including courier services, government agencies, or financial institutions.
In any event, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Natecho Enterprises Limited in respect of the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content produced by Natecho Enterprises Limited on your behalf — including personalised statements of purpose, cover letters, and application essays — is created for your individual use only. You may not resell, distribute, or reproduce such content for commercial purposes.
All other intellectual property on our website and in our materials, including our brand name, logo, website content, templates, and guides, belongs exclusively to Natecho Enterprises Limited and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement by providing written notice. Termination by the Client does not entitle the Client to a refund of any deposit or fees paid for work already commenced.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services immediately and without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Client has provided false information, is engaging in fraudulent activity, or is in breach of these Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to mediation, and if mediation fails, to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (as amended) of Nigeria.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.
